In my 20 years of international experience, I have had the great chance to manage and assist businesses in many sectors and cultural settings. Without meaning to, every new company that I joined put me in the position where I had to find solutions and solve major and often very pressing problems.

Now over a decade into my New Zealand experience, I continue what seems to be my life mission to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions to business owners. I am fortunate to share my expertise with extremely talented people who are often torn between the love of their work and the necessity to administrate. In every case, we are able to find ways that allow them to spend more time doing what they love, manage it painlessly and develop it further.

I am a troubleshooter with a heart, a conscience and a real passion for good business.

I define myself by how I apply my own values

Simple

I stick to simple solutions, because they:

     - come cheaper
     - implement fast
     - are easy to learn and transfer
     - get the job done
     - keep the costs low
     - will adapt better

And, let's be honest, they are beautiful too.

Original

Businesses everywhere keep failing because the same wrong recipes keep being followed. I prefer to take a broader view and keep seeking adapted solutions for my clients.

Original, however, doesn't always mean new. Sometimes, it may mean taking a step back, adapting an existing solution or making existing elements work together better. Sometimes new tech or software will magically resolve the issue, sometimes it's the last thing you need.

What's important is to maintain an open and creative approach.

To The Point

The story goes that NASA had spent a sizable fortune developing a ball-point pen that would work in zero gravity. Once settled on the International Space Station, a proud American astronaut produced the little marvel of engineering, sure to impress his Russian colleague. The latter is said to have pulled out a pencil and proceeeded to take notes.

This is why, as neat as they may be, I won't tell you to buy a Swiss Army knife when all you need is a corkscrew.

Additionally, I don't like to beat around the bush because that's just a waste of my time –and your money.

Ethical

I work myself to high standards and take my values very seriously. As a result:

     - I keep my rates low
     - I don't use, recommend or endorse dishonest practices
     - I promote respect in the workplace as well as for the environment
     - I don't take on two clients that compete with each other
